Wild Blueberries Smoothies

I eat wild blueberries daily in soy milk smoothies I make with ground flaxseeds, evening primrose and agave nectar.
I buy frozen wild blueberries at my health food store which have so much more flavor than the cultivated ones.
I add about a half a cup of the blueberries to a cup of soy milk. This has helped lower my cholesterol about 15 points.
