Wild Blueberries Smoothies

I buy frozen wild blueberries at my health food store which have so much more flavor than the cultivated ones. I add about a half a cup of the blueberries to a cup of soy milk. This has helped lower my cholesterol about 15 points. I hope you make this recipe and enjoy it as much as I do. |
