Blueberry Cheesecake

Blueberry CHEESECAKE
INGREDIENTS:
For the Filling:
-1 whole (block) Philadelphia or Magnolia cream cheese
-1/2 cup unsalted butter,
-sugar
-lemon or calamansi (Editor's Note: Calamansi is a Filipino citrus fruit that's used a lot in desserts in the Philippines. Sounds yummy!)
-Gelatin
-egg
For the Base:
-Crushed Graham (cracker crumbs)
-a little butter
-a little sugar
-pinch of salt
Things You'll Need:
Oven, mixer and round foil plate, water to steam the cake
BASE:
Crushed graham crackers, then put some butter...sugar...pinch of salt...mix together..and press...
Then bake for 2 or 3 mins
FILLING:
(Mix one at a time while putting into the blender)
1 block creamcheese...1/2 cup butter....sugar.(depends on your taste)...lemon or calamansi...(depends on your taste)...put one table spoon gelatin..then egg.
Put some lemon or calamansi then taste it if it's okie with you.(I put 2 small calamansi).
Mix everything...until fluffy...fluffy!!!

Continue mixing until fluffy.
When it becomes fluffy put it into the base you made.
Then bake for 1 hr...in 300c oven.
The light of the OVEN must be below the Cheesecake ONLY!!!
Then put a water in between the cheesecake and the heat of the oven to STEAM the cheesecake.
Then after let the cheescake COOL sometime then add the filling on top... (strawberry or blueberry).
